My50 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the my50 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using any services provided by my50 through my50.bet or any associated application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
To use the my50 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age applicable under Malaysian law.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Not residing in any jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited by local law.
- Register using truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. Registering with false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
My50 reserves the right to decline any registration application or terminate access for any user found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
Registration on my50 is free. Please ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up to date, as it will be used for verification and payment processing purposes.
Account Management & Security Responsibilities
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your my50 account login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us at [email protected].
One Account Per User
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on my50. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — including using different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all associated accounts being suspended and account balances withheld pending investigation.
Account Suspension & Closure
My50 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, creation of multiple accounts, breach of these terms, or any activity suspected to be unlawful. In the event of a suspension, funds in the account may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
Updating Account Information
You are responsible for keeping your account's personal information current and accurate at all times. Failure to do so may affect identity verification, withdrawal approvals and account-related communications. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the my50 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method used. Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. my50 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name. Prior to approving your first withdrawal, my50 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC). Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraud or bonus abuse will be held pending investigation. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply in accordance with the platform's current policy.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions on my50 are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated in each offer. Users may not withdraw bonus funds until rollover conditions have been fully met. my50 reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse or attempts to exploit the promotions system.
My50 supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods, including online banking and popular eWallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) — no foreign currency conversion required.
User Responsibilities & Limitation of Liability
Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the my50 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, unauthorised access to platform systems, the use of automated software or bots to place bets, and any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the system.
Platform Limitation of Liability
My50 shall not be liable for any financial losses, data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, service disruptions beyond our control, or betting decisions made by users. The platform is provided "as is" and my50 makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or the absence of technical errors.
Intellectual Property
All content on the my50 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces and software code — is the exclusive property of my50 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The my50 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or content. my50 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
My50 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the my50 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. my50's failure to enforce any right under these terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
