My50 Football — Follow the Match and Place Your Bets
This page explains how to bet on football at my50 — from available leagues and markets, to depositing in MYR, to the key betting terms you need to know. Whether you're just starting out or an experienced player, everything is laid out so you can get going quickly.
What Does the Football Section Offer?
The Football section on my50 lets you place bets on matches from both local and international leagues. Simply pick a match, choose your bet type, enter your stake in RM, and wait for the result. Winnings are credited to your account automatically once the match ends.
Bets can be placed before the match starts (pre-match) or while the match is in progress (live betting). Both are available through the mobile interface with no additional app download required.
The platform covers matches from the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League, Liga Malaysia, FA Cup Malaysia and various other international competitions. The match list is updated in line with current league schedules, so there are always new options every week.
Available Markets for Each Match
Place your bets anywhere from a few days to a few minutes before kick-off. Odds are generally more stable and the range of markets is wider compared to Live Betting.
Bets placed while the match is in progress. Odds shift in real time based on what's happening on the pitch — more exciting, but faster decisions are needed.
| Market Type | Quick Overview | Best For | Sample Options |

| Correct Score | Predict the exact final score | Experienced players | 1-0, 2-1, 0-0 |
Football Betting Terms You Should Know
Understanding the basic terms helps you read the betting display with more confidence and make better-informed decisions.
Odds (Payout Rate)
Odds represent how much you stand to receive if your bet wins, relative to your stake. For example: if the odds are 1.85 and you bet RM50, your return is RM50 × 1.85 = RM92.50 (including your original stake). The higher the odds, the bigger the payout — but the lower the probability of winning according to market calculations.
Asian Handicap
Asian Handicap is a levelling system where the stronger team is given a negative (-) handicap and the weaker team a positive (+) one. For example, if you back Team A at -0.5, they need to win by at least one goal for your bet to succeed. This effectively eliminates the draw as a possible outcome for every bet.
Over/Under
This market isn't about who wins — it's about the total number of goals scored in the match. If you pick "Over 2.5", you need at least 3 goals in the match to win. "Under 2.5" means you win if the total goals scored is 0, 1, or 2.
Decimal Odds Format
My50 uses decimal odds, the format most commonly used in Malaysia. This differs from fractional odds or the American moneyline format. Decimal odds are straightforward to calculate: simply multiply your stake by the odds to get your total payout including your original stake. To find your net profit, subtract your stake from that total.
Parlay / Accumulator
A parlay means you combine two or more bets on a single ticket. The odds are multiplied together, giving you a much bigger potential payout — but every selection must be correct for you to win. Just one loss is enough to void the entire parlay ticket.

Follow Local and International Leagues from Anywhere
For Malaysian football fans, catching a Malaysia Super League or FAM Cup match on the weekend is just part of life. At my50, you can take it a step further — follow the action and place your bets right from your smartphone, whether you're at home, at the mamak, or anywhere with an internet connection.
Beyond local leagues, players from Johor, Selangor, Penang and across Malaysia keenly follow Premier League matches, which typically kick off in the early hours of Saturday and Sunday mornings. With a Bahasa Melayu interface and local deposit methods like TNG, placing a pre-match bet is far more straightforward than on international platforms that require currency conversion.
If you're new to Sports Betting, start with the 1X2 market — it's the easiest to understand — then explore Asian Handicap once you're more comfortable with how odds work. Always bet within your means and read the betting terms to fully understand the platform rules.
